This typical Black Forest farm is situated in a wonderful landscape, sunny and with a fantastic view. It’s also the home of cows, calves, pigs, hens, cats and rabbits – they enjoy living in this healthy and great region. Mooshof farm is a Bioland member since 1989, meaning, they manage the farm in a circular economy according to the motto: – healthy soil – healthy plants – healthy animals – healthy food for healthy people. This includes gentle tillage, fertilization with the farm’s own fertilizers (slurry, manure), no pesticides, animal husbandry with plenty of space, light, grazing and ecological feed (no soy concentrates, etc.), cheese production without genetic engineering from healthy raw milk, the whole thing is checked annually.
