The owners, in search of peace and tranquillity, purchased this remote farm over 20 years ago. The farm had been used for hunting, but they soon turned it into a natural paradise, focussing on encouraging the natural fauna and flora to thrive and creating a space where people could relax and unwind. Because of the abundant water supply, they planted olive groves which now cover 200 hectares of the farm, and produce award-winning olive oil and preserved olives under the Mont Rouge label.

There is a walking trail around the olive grove, but a tour of the state-of-the-art olive processing plant is really something special.
