Savona 18 Suites is carved from an ancient Milan-style house by a project from the famous designer Aldo Cibic, and it has established as one of the most interesting properties in the via Tortona and Navigli area of Milan, Italy. The hotel is housed in a typical Milanese railing house, with over a century of life behind. The object of an interesting renovation is based on the preservation of the architectural image of the historic building, that is a typical example of a Milanese court representative of the “style” of the Milanese residential courts, typical of the early twentieth century.

The concept of the hotel is a perfect balance between the retro structure, expertly recovered without distorting it, and the contemporary furnishings and décor. A large house with a minimalist concept located in the Navigli area of Milan, a few steps from Via Tortona.

Savona 18 Suites features 42 rooms, a nice breakfast area, the Petit Café, and a charming outdoor court, nice and elegant – even suitable for events. Furnishings and items by Aldo Cibic can be found and bought throughout the whole hotel.

All rooms are different in size, from 20 to 48 square meters, spacious and bright. Each one boasts different pieces of furniture between vintage objects and contemporary design all affordable by guests, as well as the complements that furnish the common areas. Each room has its own identity and the large size also allows pleasant long stays. The suites overlook the charming inner courtyard.

The hotel has a modern and bright event space with natural light, overlooking the large internal courtyard of the hotel, suitable for meetings, workshops and showcases. It can be set up for 25 people and a boardroom for 8 people. Also, in Garden 18, the spectacular inner courtyard of Savona 18 Suites, is the ideal location to organize events of various nature in a suggestive and design context, characterized by a mural by Aldo Cibic, which sofas and armchairs have transformed into a large open air living room. The space boasts a large surface area of 310 square meters, which serves as a perfect setting for events related to design or cultural, fashion shows, presentations, press days and corporate apéritifs.

At the elegant Petit Café guests can enjoy a pleasant break while enjoying the American breakfast, the delicious dishes of their small à la carte menu, but also a wide range of cocktails and apéritifs, relaxing in the cosy lounge area that continues outside in a courtyard with a contemporary style: an oasis of tranquillity perfect for a lunch break or an apéritif, to be enjoyed overlooking the go-ahead of one of the most lively and lively areas of the city. Made with fine designer furnishings, the Petit Café combines colours and elegance pervaded by a relaxing atmosphere, representing the perfect meeting place for cosmopolitan clientele visiting Milan.

The lobby is a cozy living room, with lots of different fruits that stand together; at the entrance the counter, reminiscent of an out-of-scale Tibetan furniture, the yellow tile bench, along with the graphics of the walls, in contrast to the neutral tones of the room, create an effect of warm minimalism.
